HENC Consult was seconded to a leading holding group in Iraq to:
- Organizational Development: Assist in organizing the group and establish executive management structures and performance assessment criteria.
- Project Management: Extend the engagement to manage one of the group’s strategic projects in Iraq. This included overseeing daily project execution, coordinating with related parties, and supervising the project launch and operational processes.
The project lasted for two years and involved continuous management support.
